About the Noise
Q: Why there will be a noise?
A:Low-quality rca cables and power supply will generate noise; Poor connection or defective of the vacuums tubes; EMI around the machine.
Q: How to Fix the problem?
1.Wireless devices arround the preamp or speaker and audio cables contact with the machine will case emi, please check.2.Turn off the machine and well connect all parts(tubes, audio cables, power supply and etc.) again.
3.Turn on the preamp, minimize the volume, if still a noise, that maybe the problem of the power supply;
4.If the noise increase simultaneously with the volume up , unplug the rca input cable. If there no noise, it is the problem of the rac input cable; If have, please check the output cable.
5.Burnning the machine/tubes for a period of time(about 48hours) may solve the problem.
6.If all above checking finish but not solve your problem, we provide 12 month replacement or refund.
